Awais Qureshi is our skilled and diligent office manager who performs both on-the-scene as well as off-the-scene.  

Brought up in Dubai, fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and proficient in Arabic as well, Awais can communicate with just about anyone in Dubai and solve almost any problem that arises. Quite a valuable skill to have in Dubai.  

With a background in client relations and transaction management, Awais knows almost everything there is to know about the buying, selling, conveyancing, and administrative processes of Dubai’s constantly-changing property market.  

Awais provides end-to-end support to buyers, sellers, investors and agents alike - guiding them seamlessly through property valuations, negotiations, legal documentation, compliance and final ownership transfers. He basically ensures that every listing and every deal is handled with precision, transparency, and efficiency. That makes him a valuable and highly trusted asset to our team.
