SANTIAGO BRANTOS IN ARCHITECTURAL DIGEST
A post from our Berlin office highlighting our talented stylist, Santiago Brotons, from Spain. Santiago, one of our interior designers, was recently featured in two separate articles by Architectural Digest.
Originally from Spain, Santiago now lives in Berlin, where he focuses on architecture, interiors, and styling as part of the Fantastic Frank team. In one interview, he shares his approach to interior design:
"I'm constantly changing my home's interior. I love experimenting with different layouts and spaces! I'm passionate about design, and whenever I see something that speaks to me, I have to buy it. But often, I realize I don’t have room in my apartment, so I end up returning pieces to the store."
Santiago also talked about his approach to a recent project:
"For this apartment, we chose a color palette that combines bright hues, like blue or yellow, with neutral tones like gray and white. The goal was to create a modern yet elegant balance." Read the full article here.
In another article, Architectural Digest featured one of Fantastic Frank’s recent listings – a New York loft-inspired apartment in the heart of West Berlin. Santiago explains how he aimed for a Scandinavian influence in the styling. To show that staging can have lasting appeal, he noted:
"The current owner of this loft fell in love with the furniture Linnea and I selected for the staging and ended up purchasing most of it. Our goal is to create a warm, inviting atmosphere that sparks curiosity about the rest of the property, making it feel real. Each project is unique, and we tailor the styling to the buyer’s profile and the character of the home, ensuring it feels personal and naturally beautiful." Read the article here.
