Lyndsey O’Connell
With steadfast dedication to her craft, Lyndsey’s success is equally attributed to her formal education and hands-on industry experience.
Born in Mississippi, Lyndsey found her passion for the real estate industry through her involvement in the restoration and renovation of commercial and residential properties. As her knowledge base of the construction industry expanded, her curiosity and desire to parlay her skillset into sales increased. The transition into sales was a natural fit and her approachable personality paired with a keen eye for the details from the perspective of an investor and contractor made her an invaluable asset to her clients as an advisor.
Lyndsey’s insatiable appetite for personal and professional growth led her to St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. Not only did Lyndsey graduate at the top of her class but simultaneously focused her effort on founding the Real Estate and Construction Law Association.
Upon graduation, Lyndsey moved to Denver and in quick succession co-founded a law firm downtown, Beavers O’Connell Group. The multiple disciplinary firm serves clients throughout the real estate industry including brokers, developers, commercial contractors, residential builders, buyers and sellers. With a burgeoning law practice in-place, Lyndsey’s passion has come full-circle and today, she leverages her extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate industry to advise buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of their property. Lyndsey’s multifaceted skill set yields unparalleled value in what is often a siloed industry. Her ability to evaluate real estate through the lens of an investor, contractor, attorney and broker gives her incredible depth and dynamism in an industry that is ever-evolving.
When Lyndsey is not tending to her law practice or real estate clients you may find her spending time with her husband, Kevin, and their dogs, Delta and Tango. Together, they love to fish, camp, hike, ski, bike, travel and whatever other spontaneous adventure may present itself.
Lyndsey is admitted to practice law in Colorado and the Federal District Court of Colorado.
