A Timeless Jewel in Ibiza's Historic Marina

This majestic building, was actually built in the late 1800s, and has been meticulously restored by the current owner and the renowned architect Pascal Cheikh - Djavadi.

The house was originally built in 1896 by Ripoli Gomez, who was also responsible for other incredible projects in Ibiza back in the day, such as the iconic Hotel Montesol in the 1930s, and the original famous Teatro Pereya (recently renovated back to it´s glory days).

This exquisite renovation project was started in 2017 taking three years, and has managed to perfectly blend local history with opulence and all mod cons expected at this level. Every corner of this architectural masterpiece tells a story of luxury and timeless elegance, from its grand entrance to its stunning rooftop terrace views of the Unesco Dalt Vila Cathedral.
