Should the licence be granted for this insane project, once built it will undoubtedly be one of THE grandest estates in whole of the Balearics, let alone Ibiza. Maybe  a year away from success the owners and the architects have created a masterpiece project, totally frontline on a beautiful plot, with direct access to the sea, to the fisherman huts below, and onto the sand of one of the best beaches on the island. Also with a huge pool, endless rooms, and neverending sea-meets-sky views, those with patience and vision await a pot of gold at the end of the Ibiza rainbow.
