Casa Coral is a quietly poetic townhouse in the historic center of Porto Cristo, designed by Lina Kjellvertz, founder of Dusty Deco. Traditional craftsmanship and Mediterranean light define every room. With ceilings reaching up to 5.4 meters, the spaces unfold around a 20 m² patio that lets light and air flow harmoniously through the house. The open kitchen, dining, and living area are marked by original hydraulic tiles, exposed beams, and gentle natural tones. A sculptural stone washbasin and carefully preserved architectural details lend the house a timeless authenticity.

Three bedrooms and a bright bathroom open onto the patio, while a 10 m² roof terrace offers a peaceful retreat above the old town. One of the rooms also features a sleeping loft, providing a total of four double beds and thus eight sleeping places. Each room is filled with a warm maritime atmosphere, bathed in soft light, natural materials, and finely balanced vintage furnishings. A fireplace forms the heart of the living room, while built-in elements, handcrafted tiles, and restored wood details give the house a calm personal character.

The patio serves as an open living space with a BBQ area that flows seamlessly into the kitchen, where a gas stove and air conditioning provide contemporary comfort. Just three minutes from the sea, Casa Coral combines practicality and poetry. A small garage, currently used as storage, complements the compact and well-considered layout, making the house a functional yet atmospheric retreat that captures the essence of Mediterranean ease.

The facade completes the picture with its soft peach tone and mint green shutters, a composition that radiates the effortless charm of the Mallorcan coast. Framed by white openings and animated by sunlight, it stands as a graceful expression of island architecture, simple, elegant, and full of life.
